We are looking for a new enthusiastic colleague to join our growing team in the position of Quality Manager.
Job summary
The primary responsibility of the Quality Manager will be to ensure that the requirements of EN ISO 9001 are duly implemented and maintained within RB Rail AS and to provide support for the implementation of the best quality standards.
We will entrust you to
• To develop and implement the requirements of EN ISO 9001 in RB Rail AS.
• Oversee and assist Management to achieve the goals and objectives of the Quality Management System (QMS) and conformance with legislation, strategies, policies and initiatives, including continuous improvement.
• Operating at a strategic level, assist in the development and drive QMS management manual and initiatives that will significantly enhance the overall performance of the QMS across RB Rail and Rail Baltica project.
• To develop and implement strategies and initiatives that influence the current workforce culture so that quality of workmanship, implementation of the QMS, and continuous improvement are naturally managed in all aspects of work.
To succeed, you should have
• Extensive experience in definition and implementation of Quality Management systems and processes (7+ years).
• Experience in implementing, communicating, and maintaining ISO 9001 quality management systems, requirements, standards and best practice processes.
• Experience in developing management system documentation.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Resilient to coping with conflicting demands, able to prioritize duties and work independently. Strong goal-oriented culture
