Our client LTD ''LINDSTROM'' is one of Europe's leading textile service company with 170 years of experience in the textile industry. The company offers a wide range of textile services ranging from workwear, protective equipment, mats, restaurant and hotel textiles to industrial mats and towels.

HEAD OF HIGH VALUE

Your main responsibilities will be to be responsible for the HV Budget and KPIs in the country; to implement and develop industry focus approach in the country; to be responsible for supporting Renewed Lindström Way of working in the country; to lead the HV sales and Account management teams; to lead the industry focus and strategy execution in the country; to ensure the growth segments portfolio development; to lead, train and coach the team.

We are looking for You, if you have:

  • Bachelor's or MBA degree in Business, Economy or another similar field
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales management in B2B segment;
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales team management;
  • Professional experience with budget preparation and management;
  • Fluent Latvian and English skills;
  • Good computer literacy;
  • B driving license.

Base salary (gross): 3600 - 4500 euros and evaluating the experience, competencies and wishes of each candidate.

Bonus system (gross): 300-750 EUR/month. Tertial bonus scheme.
