Following the success of our first event, ASTRAL Executive Search is pleased to invite you to the next HR Experience Stories Morning, continuing to create a space where HR leaders and people management professionals can learn from one another, share experiences, and strengthen the professional community.

We believe that the best ideas and collaborations emerge through conversations and shared experiences. That’s why we will regularly host HR Experience Story Mornings, giving people management and HR professionals the opportunity to share real-life experiences, gain inspiration, and build a professional network.

“The ‘HR Experience Stories Morning’ will take place on February 5 from 10:00 to 12:00, bringing together HR managers and business partners, people development leaders, HR specialists, and professionals from the field. This time, the focus will be on the topic: “Enhancing Employee Motivation and Well-being.”

The session will feature insights from Aija Brika-Dravniece, Head of HR at Eco Baltia Vide Ltd., whose professional experience has been shaped across various manufacturing companies. Aija will share practical examples, key insights, and lessons learned from her day-to-day work. She emphasizes that while there are currently many opportunities to develop well-being and motivation initiatives for administrative teams, this remains one of the greatest challenges within manufacturing organizations.

During the discussion morning, we will explore and talk about:

• What truly motivates employees and supports well-being across different role levels?
• How to motivate employees whose daily work is not desk-based?
• How to build a sense of belonging, engagement, and well-being among low-skilled employees and blue-collar workers?
• What motivation-enhancing initiatives can we learn from HR colleagues across different organizations?

HR Experience Stories Mornings are designed for those who want to:
