To strengthen the community of HR leaders and professionals, and to promote the exchange of experiences, ASTRAL Executive Search is pleased to announce that starting this December, it will host HR Experience Story Morning sessions. These will be informal, inspiring gatherings for HR professionals, where the focus is not on presentations, but on sharing experiences, openly discussing solutions and challenges, learning from one another, and building a professional support network.

A space where HR professionals share real challenges, insights, and solutions. No huge slide decks. No theory. Just real-life stories, inspiration, and genuine conversations.

We believe that the best ideas and collaborations emerge through conversations and shared experiences. That’s why we will regularly host HR Experience Story Mornings, giving people management and HR professionals the opportunity to share real-life experiences, gain inspiration, and build a professional network.

The first “HR Experience Story Morning” is scheduled for December 4th from 10:00 to 11:30, inviting HR directors, HR business partners, people development leaders, and HR specialists to join. The session will focus on “Workforce Planning and Talent Attraction: Challenges and Opportunities” featuring insights from Jolanta Gaudieša, HR Director at SIA “KARAVELA” who will share her experience in talent acquisition. During this meeting, participants will discuss topics related to future workforce planning—how to determine which colleagues are truly needed, how to attract candidates for various positions, and lessons learned from successes and setbacks in the recruitment process.

We look forward to welcoming each of you to broaden your perspectives, enhance your skills, and draw inspiration from one another!
