HOGAN Assessments Certification

It was established in 1987 and is based on more than 30 years of research on the correlation between personality assessment and job performance.

To fully utilize the potential of Hogan Assessments, we recommend completing the certification training and process, which provides a much deeper and more comprehensive understanding of the test results.

The Hogan Certification Workshop provides the knowledge and skills needed to effectively use Hogan assessment tools in addressing key business challenges. Upon completion of the workshop, participants are authorized to independently administer Hogan assessments.

During the training, participants learn how to interpret and practically apply the three key Hogan personality assessment tools:

·       Hogan Personality Inventory (HPI)

·       Hogan Development Survey (HDS)

·       Motives, Values, Preferences Inventory (MVPI)

The Hogan certification training seminar enhances participants’ skills in interpreting data through presentations, in-depth research examples, providing practical feedback, and coaching. Participants will conduct a thorough analysis and interpretation of assessment results.

After successfully demonstrating knowledge and skills in data interpretation and providing feedback, participants will receive an official Hogan personality assessment tool certification.

As group spots are limited, we encourage early registration.
