Your main responsibilities will be to communicate daily with existing Latvian and international customers (B2B and B2G public cloud, systems administration, bare metal and colocation services), retain the current customer portfolio and monitor churn rate, increase current customer portfolio by 3-5% annually, acquire new B2B customers and active sales, provide daily customer support and build long-term relationships.

You are the star we are looking for, if you have:

o  Professional education;

o Significant customer service and sales experience in the B2B segment;

o Experience in IT solutions sales, account management, customer service will be considered as an advantage;

o  Latvian at C1 level, English at B2 level;

o  Good computer literacy;

o  B-category driving license;

o  Strong negotiation, presentation and communication skills with a results-driven mindset;

o  Able to propose a variety of innovative solutions;

o  Willingness to undertake regular business meetings (online and live) with customers.
