We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Sales Team Manager to lead our sales efforts in Estonia. This key role combines active sales work with team leadership and strategic development. The Sales Team Manager will be responsible for driving business growth by personally engaging with clients across the country, identifying new opportunities, and strengthening customer relationships.

In addition to direct sales, the role includes leading and coaching a team of sales representatives. We’re looking for someone who can lead by example—acting as both a coach and a player—actively supporting the team in the field, providing guidance, and ensuring consistent performance and motivation.

Your main responsibilities will be to actively (each day) visit customers, ensuring an active sales process, allocating and managing sales and ensuring high customer satisfaction, leading the sales representatives team, proactively develop sales in Estonia, opening new business sectors, building customer portfolios, develop and maintain relationships with new customers, proactively seek solutions in everyday situations.

You are the star we are looking forif you have:

o  Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economy or another similar field;

o  At least 5 years’ experience of Sales Management (senior key account manager, key account manager, sales manager or similar position);

o  Sales team management experience or strong leadership potential and ambitious to lead a team;

o  Experience in B2B segment;

o  Experience in analyzing market data and identifying development trends;

o  Understanding and / or experience with sales budget preparation and management;

o  Good computer literacy;

o  Driver’s license with category B;

o  Estonian language at level C1 and English language at least at level B2.
