Your main responsibilities will be to organize helpdesk team daily customer support operations, organize network monitoring center network, DC, cloud infrastructure monitoring, organize basic internal IT support for company employees work desks, organize and schedule day/night shifts for the team members.

You are the star we are looking for, if you have:

o Degree in information technology, business management or a related field would be as an advantage;

o At least least 1 year of managerial experience in customer service (or in the organization and supervision of another department);

o  Good experience in IT engineering field;

o  Good computer literacy;

o  Lithuanian at C1 level, English at B2 level;

o  B-category driving license;

o  Knowledge of the Labor Code of the Republic of Lithuania;

o  Strong communication skills with a results-driven mindset;

o  Ability to be a leader in the team you lead;

o  Able to solve problems, analyze them and plan processes.
