If You have:

  • Higher education in finance, economics, accounting or business administration;
  • 10 years of professional experience in accounting and finance;
  • Experience in leadership roles within large, international organizations;
  • Possession of ACCA, PMP or other equivalent professional certification will be considered an advantage;
  • Solid accounting knowledge combined with hands-on experience managing process changes (ERP implementations and major finance transformation initiatives);
  • Strong financial acumen with a deep understanding of accounting, tax, reporting, and treasury considerations in the context of integration;
  • Knowledge of ERP and SAP HCM systems, ability to identify and solve integration challenges at the system level;
  • Experienced in managing projects from planning to execution;
  • Experienced in stakeholder management, working effectively with CFO, CEO, external auditors, and finance teams;
  • Effective problem solver under pressure, able to respond quickly to unexpected integration challenges;
  • Latvian and English languages at level C1.

We will entrust You:

  • Act as the primary representative of the finance function in Mergers and Acquisitions transactions, serving as the key liaison between deal teams and operational finance
  • Support financial and tax due diligence by analyzing, validating, and providing insights on reports and findings in collaboration with external auditors; assess associated risks and integration alignment.
  • Lead the finance workstream throughout integration planning and execution, ensuring alignment with overall strategy.
  • Define and deliver readiness plans as well as long-term integration strategies for finance operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, HR, Tax, Legal etc. to align financial processes, policies, and systems.
  • Ensure consistent and accurate reporting, forecasting, and financial control post-close.

Compensation:

  • Salary 4000 – 5000 EUR per month before taxes. Salary will depend on assessment of candidate’s competencies, experience and skills relevant to job requirements.
  • Additional payments and bonuses according to company’s policy.
