In this role, your mission is to grow the B2B project business to the next level by developing a proactive sales culture, expanding strategic project acquisition, and ensuring profitable solution selling across office, industrial, school, and public-sector environments. This role offers the opportunity to be both a hands-on sales professional and a leader of a sales team.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Lead and develop a proactive Project Sales team, shifting the culture from reactive service to targeted acquisition in office, industrial and school project markets;
  • Carry your own strategic sales portfolio and personal target, taking ownership of high-value deals and key accounts;
  • Increase project revenue and average deal size by selling complete workspace solutions;
  • Negotiate customer contracts, pricing and margin strategies, payment terms, and long-term collaboration agreements, ensuring profitable and sustainable partnerships;
  • Implement a standardized and profitable project workflow;
  • Build a predictable and profitable pipeline culture through project scoring, disciplined CRM usage, weekly forecast reviews, and accurate budgeting;
  • Expand strategic market opportunities and partnerships with architects, designers, industrial clients, municipalities, developers, logistics hubs, and public procurement stakeholders.

You are the star we are looking for, if you have:

  • Bachelor’s in Business, Economy or another field;
  • At least 3 years of B2B project sales experience in solution-based, technical or project-driven environments (furniture, construction, industrial equipment, interiors, real estate, logistics solutions or similar would be an advantage);
  • Team-leading experience (either as a Team Lead, Senior KAM, project lead or mentor of other salespeople);
  • Experience in solution selling in office, industrial, warehouse or technical workplace environments would be an advantage;
  • Experience working with architects, designers, engineers, or technical specifications, including layouts, structured project documentation would be an advantage;
  • Proven success in long sales cycles, public/private tenders, and complex procurement negotiations;
  • Demonstrated skills in proposal and tender preparation, including pricing strategy, technical requirements and commercial terms;
  • Ability to build strategic relationships with business and public-sector decision makers (procurement, commercial real estate, facility managers, industrial clients);
  • Latvian and English language at C1 level, Russian at B1 level;
  • Strong communication, team building and organizational skills and as well proactive and opportunity-driven personality!

Salary (gross): Starting from 3800 EUR + bonuses, considering candidates’ experience and knowledge.
