Your main responsibilities will be to lead the annual budgeting process and rolling forecasts; to analyse financial and operational performance and provide clear insights to leadership; to monitor profitability, cost efficiency, and business risks; to prepare monthly management reports and performance dashboards; to provide recommendations based on variance analysis and trend evaluation and to support revenue optimization initiatives across ongoing and future projects.
You are the star we are looking for, if you have:
- Bachelor’s degree (in finance, accounting, business administration or relevant area);
- At least 5 years of experience in senior finance leadership roles (FP&A, finance director, head of finance, senior finance controller, etc.);
- Experience monthly management reports;
- Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance management;
- Experience in international or multicultural environments;
- Good computer and MS Excel skills;
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills;
- Ambition and proactivity;
- Ability to keep track of and meet deadlines;
- Ability to work in dynamic conditions and high stress tolerance
- Latvian level C1, English level C1, Russian level B1.
