Your main responsibilities will be to provide strategic leadership of the business unit, including production, new projects, layout, investments, and facility maintenance; to manage sales, business development, and investments; to oversee product development and innovation; to integrate and develop production units and to lead and develop the team.
You are the star we are looking for, if you have:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, technical sciences, or production management;
- At least 5 years’ experience in a leadership position in a business unit (sales, production and development);
- At least 10 years’ experience in production field;
- Experience in industrial/technical production industry;
- Experience in change management and project management;
- Latvian and English at C1 level;
- Good computer and program usage skills;
- “Hands-on” attitude, technical mindset and structured approach;
- Initiative and drive to improve processes and exceed expectations;
- Entrepreneurial and commercial thinking;
- B-category driving license.

Salary (gross): Starting from 7000 EUR + bonuses, considering candidates’ experience and knowledge.
