State and local government organizations are in great need of competent and effective leaders to implement reforms and changes that are required and expected from public organizations. 

The public sector is the largest sector of the global economy, both domestically and internationally. In every country, managers of public sector organizations must be able to effectively oversee organization’s activities, taking into account economic, political, national and international factors, which are often very challenging, while taking care of the reputation of the organization and the state or municipality. We work with state and local governmental organizations to attract, select and evaluate senior managers who are also responsible for the country’s economic well-being and long-term development. Our consultants have gained experience with various Latvian organizations, cooperated with participating organizations and promoted a transparent recruitment and assessment process.

Our experience

Our consultants have been involved in recruitment and assessment processes related to the positions of management board chairmen, management board members, supervisory board members and supervisory board chairmen in public sector companies. We have cooperated with the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Latvia, getting involved in the assessment of candidates for Latvian university councils; we have also had successful cooperation with RP SIA “Rīgas satiksme”, AS “Rīgas siltums”, SIA “Rīgas acs”, AS “Augstsprieguma tīkls”, AS “Latvenergo”, SIA “Tet”, SIA “Getliņi EKO”, AS “Pasažieru vilciens”, VAS “Latvijas Jūras administrācija”, VAS “Latvijas Gaisa satiksme” and other capital companies.
