Your main responsibilities will be to lead both the customer service and logistics teams, including staff responsibility for sales representatives in customer service; to ensure high-quality service; to develop and monitor KPIs related to customer satisfaction, response times, and case resolution; to drive sales individually according to the budgets – 60% manager, 40% sales; to work closely with the sales and logistics teams to improve the overall customer journey; to develop and implement routines for handling outbound calls and to drive improvement initiatives in customer experience and service processes.
You are the star we are looking for, if you have:
o A post-secondary degree or a vocational qualification in Business Administration, Service Management, Logistics, Retail Management, Supply Chain Management, Customer Service, Team Leadership or a related field;
o At least 3 years of leadership experience within customer service and good experience in B2B sales;
o Proven experience managing teams across multiple channels (phone, email, chat, in-person);
o Experience developing routines and processes that enhance customer journey and loyalty;
o Experience with outbound call handling;
o Experience in working with industrial, wholesales or production companies would be an advantage;
o Latvian and English at C1 level, Russian at B1 level;
o Comfortable working with CRM, case management and ERP system;
o Strong communication, team building and organizational skills;
o Customer centric mindset, structured and data-driven in your approach.

Salary (gross): starting from 3200 EUR + bonuses, considering candidates’ experience and knowledge.
