We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Manager/Team Lead with strong leadership skills and a proven track record in driving sales growth through exceptional customer service. In this role, you will lead a high-performing team, ensure excellent customer experiences, and play a key role in supporting the company’s continued growth and commercial success.
Your main responsibilities will be:
o Lead and transform the customer service team into a proactive, sales-driven function;
o Strengthen B2B customer loyalty through strategic relationship management;
o Drive sales and revenue growth through service;
o Ensure a seamless end-to-end customer experience;
o Integrate and coordinate customer service with logistics and installation operations;
o Implement service quality standards and communication rules across all channels;
o Steer improvements, provide management insights, and achieve both team targets and individual sales KPIs.
You are the star we are looking for, if you have:
o A post-secondary degree in Business Administration, Service Management, Logistics, Retail Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field;
o At least 3 years of leadership experience leading a service team (preferably in B2B);
o Proven experience managing teams across multiple channels (phone, email, chat, in-person);
o Experience developing routines and processes that enhance customer journey and loyalty;
o Experience with upselling, cross-selling, quote follow-ups;
o Latvian and English at C1 level, Russian at B1 level;
o Comfortable working with CRM, case management and ERP system;
o Strong communication, team building and organizational skills;
o Customer centric mindset, structured and data-driven in your approach.

Salary (gross): starting from 3800 EUR + bonuses, considering candidates’ experience and knowledge.
