Your main responsibilities will be to ensure sales results in Estonia according to the company targets and strategy goals, to work with large clients and to inspire the team with own sales results. Create a sales team in Estonia, proactively and responsibly participate in recruiting of sales representatives. Allocating and managing sales and ensuring high customer satisfaction, follow-up and analysis of the sales results. Proactively develop sales in Estonia and to open new business sectors.

You are the star we are looking for, if you have:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economy or another similar field;

At least 5 years’ experience of Sales Management;

At least 2 years’ Sales Team management experience;

Experience in B2B segment;

Experience with sales budget preparation and management;

Good computer literacy;

Driver’s license with category B;

Estonian language at level C1 and English language at least at level B2.
