Your main responsibilities will be to develop and implement a sales and business development strategy to grow the brand in the Estonian market; to build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and, identifying new business opportunities; to organize and lead product presentations, workshops, and participation in medical exhibitions and conferences; to cooperate with product managers and the marketing team in headquarters to adapt materials and campaigns to the Estonian market.
You are the star we are looking for, if you have:
o Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economy, Medicine or another similar field;
o At least 3 years experience as sales manager or similar;
o Experience in medicine industry’s sales or similar;
o Experience with sales budget preparation and management;
o Experience in B2B segment;
o Experience working with a wide range of products;
o Estonian at C1 level, English at B2 level;
o Good computer literacy and experience with CRM system;
o B-category driving license;
o Ability to work independently and plan one’s own work;
o Ambitions and willingness to grow the business.
